She also appeared in Bollywood movies like Mann, Ansh: The Deadly Part, Dhoom Dadakka, The Contract, and Sexaholic Shor Movie.

Shama is famous for her lead role in the TV series Yeh Meri Life Hai (2003-2005). Shama Sikander is also active as a fashion model, and she launched her own design company, Saisha, in 2010. Her father name is Sikander Gesawat, a marble supplier and her mother name is Gulshan, a housewife. Shama has two brothers Khalid Sikander and Rizwan Sikander and a sister Salma Sikander.
