She appeared in an American martial art film called Redbelt in the following year in which she was cast as Sondra Terry alongside stars like Tim Allen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and more. She also appeared as a woman with dark glasses in a thriller movie Blindness which was based on the novel of the same name by Portuguese author José Saramago. The following year, she appeared as Mireya Sanchez in the movie Crossing Over, an American crime drama. She also appeared as Elaine in Cabeça a Prêmio.
She appeared as the Host in a Brazilian series SuperBonita in 2010. In the same year, she appeared as Beth in the movie Repo Men, a science fiction movie starring Liev Schreiber, Jude Law, and many more. She also appeared in another popular science fiction movie called Predators as Isabelle. She then appeared in a supernatural horror movie called The Rite as Angelina Vargas. The movie was based on the book of the same title written by Matt Baglio. In 2012, she was cast as Terry/ Bea Franco for an adventure drama movie called On the Road. She then appeared in a Brazilian documentary as herself which was titled City of God- 10 years Later. She also appeared in the episode The Tameless from Ceara in the series The Brazilians as Mirtes. She played the role of Frey Santiago in this movie. She also played the role of Júlia in the Os Amigos movie. Then in the following year, she appeared as Eva in Muitos Homens Num So and made her debut as a producer in the movie Latitudes. She also played the role of Olivia in the same movie. She was then cast as Vania in an American movie The Ardor and as Alice Taylor in a black comedy thriller titled Kill Me Three Times. She also played the role of Roberta in A Mulher de Sua Vida. Then she appeared as Teresa Mendoza in an American crime drama series called Queen of South. She was also the executive producer of this series. She continued her career as a producer in series like Samantha! and Sintonia. She also appeared as Symantha in two episodes of the former series.
She appeared as Marisol Kingston in the movie The Duel and as Sandra in the movie Entre Idas E Vindas. She appeared as Sophia in the movie The Shack in 2017.
