Rupali Ganguly is an Indian actress. She was born on 5 April 1977 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. She started her acting career as a child actress. Rupali made her debut in 1985 with the movie Saaheb. She also appeared in the films Angaara, Do Ankhen Barah Hath, Satrangee Parachute, etc. Other than movies Rupali also worked in tv serials. She worked in more than 20 tv shows. In 2006 she participated in Bigg Boss 1 as a contestant. However, she could not win. In 2013 she hosted Bioscope tv show. Currently, she is working in the tv serial Anupamaa as a lead role.

She was born and brought up in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Rupali did her schooling from a local school in Kolkata. She did her graduation in Hotel Management. Her father’s name is Anil Ganguly and her mother’s name is not known. Her father is a famous director and screenwriter. She also has a brother Vijay Ganguly. Vijay is an actor and a producer. On 13 February 2013, Rupali married Ashwin K. Verma. The couple also has a son. His name is Rudransh.
