Sonal Chauhan is an Indian television actress and model. She was born on 16 May 1987 in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. She won the title of Miss World Tourism in 2005 at the Sarawak, Malaysia. She is the first Indian to won Miss World Tourism Title. Sonal made her debut with the Hindi movie Jannat in 2008.

She did her schooling from Delhi Public School, Noida and college studies from Gargi College, New Delhi. Her father name is Raghuraj Singh Chauhan and mother name is Shivani Chauhan. Sonal Chauhan also has two sisters and a brother.
