After that he appeared in Balika Vadhu, Raajkumar Aaryyan, Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki, Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, and Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, etc.

Avinash also won Indian Telly Awards and Gold Awards for his performance in Balika Vadhu as a child artist. Avinash was born and brought up in Noida. He did his schooling from Somerville School, Greater Noida. Later he moved to Mumbai and joined Ryan International School Kandivali, Mumbai.
